Try first before dyeing
If you wish us to send out the items to you first to try on before dyeing then please follow the instructions below.
Dyeing to a swatch you provide 'try before we dye' service
- Click to place your order and select the 'try before buy' option when prompted. We will then send the items out so you can try on for size first.
- If they are acceptable and you wish to go ahead with the dyeing then please return them to us with a swatch of the colour you require and our disclaimer. For a swatch you could use a piece of material, a button, bow, or similar.
- If the item is NOT suitable and you wish to exchange or receive a refund then please use our returns form which has all the information you require in returning an item.
Payment
Please note: When you add 'try before we dye' option to your shopping cart you will not be charged now but when you return your items with the form you will then be asked to make payment for the dyeing.
Dyeing Form
When you place your order please make sure you email address entered is correct as you will automatically be emailed the relevant forms you will need for our dyeing service.
